Modules and strips
LED modules and strips have a unique set of inherent features:
- High efficiency, that results in lower electricity costs for
consumers;
- A long lifespan (30,000 – 50,000 hours depending on ambient
temperature), much higher than the durability of other light
sources like incandescent bulbs (1,000 hours), halogen lamps
(4,000 hours), CFL (10,000 hours) and HID lamps (20,000 hours);
- Extremely reliable due to their resistance to wear & tear
(no glass bulb), vibration and temperature shocks;
- Small size – LEDs, in combination with low heat generation
and high moisture resistance, allow you to install them
virtually anywhere.
LED lighting modules are very safe, because of their mechanical strength, high moisture resistance, low heat generation and low power supply voltage (9-12V).
LEDs emit a clean and rich color that is so important for light sources in the advertising and entertainment industries, and in many other applications. The lack of a color filter, not only improves the light quality, but also significantly increases its stability during its life span and increases the efficiency of the entire fixture.
Decorative lighting, interior, landscape, and architectural lighting design, indoor and outdoor light fixtures, and even equipment specially designed to work in harsh environmental conditions – this is just a brief list of the wide range of applications of the LED modules. Using a variety of geometrical forms a LED module can be built in practically any space or environment, which is critical for bringing any kind of project design to life.
